|Making A PurchaseMaking a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all popular credit and debit cards through the paypal system
If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We also accept payment via your Paypal Account via our website
You have the right to cancel within 8 working days; you will be refunded the full cost of the goods once we have received the returned items within 14 days. Postal charges will not be refunded.
|Shipping And Handling Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to the order value when you enter your payment details.
If you would like a special/ guaranteed next day delivery then either telephone 01256 886368 or e-mail us email@example.com so we may confirm that the item is avaiable for us to be able to do this.
All UK orders are sent by either Royal Mail recorded delivery or courier depending on overall weight of order, for orders outside the UK we use International Signed-For services.
The cost of post and packaging is calculated by the weight of your order.
|Delivery Schedule We will normally process your order within 3 working days, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Some items may have to be ordered in for you and may take upto 2 weeks to arrive with us. You will be contacted by email to advise you of this delayed delivery time to confirm that this is acceptable to you.
|Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
|Tax Charges All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.
|Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are fully encrypted by the secure servers when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.

|Returns Policy You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 14 days of receiving the items unused. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Tights can only be returned if unopened. Personalised goods can not be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges.
