All UK orders are sent by either Royal Mail recorded delivery or CityLink depending on overall weight of order, for orders outside the UK we use either International Recorded or UPS. The cost of post and packaging is calculated by the weight of your order, however the maximum cost for shipping in the UK is now only £5.95. Delivery Schedule We will normally process your order within 3 working days, however please allow 7-14 days for delivery. This excludes special order skate dresses which may take up to 6 weeks. Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
