Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When choosing to pay by Postal Order or cheque we must receive payment prior to goods being despatched, all such methods are to be made payable to 'The Dancers Shop'.

Backordered items are sent out as soon as possible, you may cancel these at any time. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.

You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Handling
Please note that the shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to the order value when you enter your payment details.

All UK orders are sent by recorded delivery using either Royal Mail or UPS, international orders may also be sent by SwiftAir

If you find we currently do not ship to your country please e-mail us at mail@ice-dancer.co.uk and we will add it to the list of available countries.

Returns Policy
You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of receiving the unused items less the initial postage charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges.

Please note any customised items are non-refundable.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally process your order within 3 working days, however please allow at least 7-14 days for delivery.
This excludes special order skate dresses which may take up to 6 weeks.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are fully encrypted our payment service providers Protx. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server. Our on-line ordering is guaranteed to be fully secure.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.

We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.
